Key Innovations:

  • Advanced Fermentation: We pioneer anaerobic honey, infusion, low-oxygen, and Fermnet processes, creating complex notes like tropical fruits and wine. These methods, inspired by global trends but rooted in Ethiopian practices, yield high-scoring (85+) specialty coffees.
  • Traceable Lots: Micro, nano, day, single-farm, and double-layer lots ensure transparency from farm to cup, using technology for quality control and blockchain traceability.
  • Sustainable Tech: Like Kerchanshe, we employ modern drying machines and climate-smart farming to boost efficiency and resilience.
  • Partnerships: Collaborating with cooperatives and inspired by the Specialty Coffee Association of Ethiopia, we support over 1,000 farmers with training in regenerative agriculture.

Our exports reached 414 million ETB in 2025, serving markets like Saudi Arabia and Taiwan, while empowering rural communities.

  • Regenerative Sourcing: 100% of coffee from regenerative farms,
  • Farmer Prosperity: Support 5,000 smallholders with living incomes, training, and fair trade premiums, closing the prosperity gap.
  • Biodiversity & Climate Resilience: Promote agroforestry to combat deforestation, enhance biodiversity, and adapt to climate change, targeting net-zero operations.
  • Market Expansion: Double exports to 10 billion ETB, focusing on specialty markets while ensuring 100% traceability.
  • Community Impact: Invest in gender equality, youth integration, and water management, aligning with UN SDGs like Zero Hunger and Climate Action.
