Heleph Coffee set out to change this by building a direct-to-consumer (D2C/B2C) platform that offers quality, traceability, and authentic stories directly from origin.

This program enables consumers to buy roasted coffee that is carefully sourced, processed, and prepared exclusively by Heleph. It also provides educational content, brewing guides, and varietal information, elevating customers’ appreciation of Ethiopian coffee.

1. Single-Origin & Micro-Lot Roasts

Heleph offers a curated lineup of roasted coffees, each tied to a specific farm, washing station, or micro-lot. Detailed origin cards accompany each purchase, including altitude, variety, processing method, tasting notes, farmer profiles, and harvest timelines.

2. Transparent Story telling

Every coffee bag includes QR-code access to the farm’s story, community impact, processing details, environmental practices, and behind-the-scenes photos or videos. This gives consumers a direct connection to the people behind the coffee.

3. Roast-to-Order Freshness

Roasting occurs daily in small batches, ensuring optimal flavor development and freshness. Customers receive coffee roasted within 48–72 hours of shipment.

The program offers brewing classes, online tutorials, flavor exploration guides, and digital origin tours.
